Expeditions
Early Learning Journey - Underwood
Expeditions Underwood provides children aged 6 weeks to 12 years with a secure and nurturing environment where they are free to learn and explore, engage in new experiences and develop crucial skills to prepare them for the next part of their life journey. Our educators draw from various educational frameworks to create a rich curriculum that prioritises play as a form of learning and is responsive to children’s needs. Our Programs
Nursery
(0 - 15 months)
We understand the importance of supporting your baby in the earliest stages of their life. We provide a nurturing, stimulating and inspiring environment that helps children to discover their world with a sense of wonder, curiosity and safety.
Toddler
(15 months - 2 years)
Toddlers natural energy, inquisitiveness and thirst for exploration is embraced at this age group. We create a program that is based on children’s interests, ideas, strengths and stages of development to support and guide children’s learning together.
Pre-Kindergarten
(2-3 years)
Pre-Kinder aged children are naturally driven to grow their skills in independence and self-guided learning. Our program focusses on continually extending children’s play and using their own interests to build and develop purposeful learning.
Kindergarten
(4-5 years)
Our Kindergarten program is focussed on building children’s readiness for school and developing their social-emotional understandings and skills which will support them through school and beyond.
